Let's travel to The Netherlands...Meet Fashion Blogger Laura Boogers!

Where are you from?
 I’m Laura and I’m from the Netherlands. I live in a city called Veenendaal but you can find me often in Amsterdam because I’m studying there.

When did you start blogging?

I started a year ago. I made a blog but I never posted anything,  A few weeks ago in early March I made a whole new blog, and since then I really started blogging. I was inspired by The Blonde Salad.

What is the purpose of your blog?

I hope that I can entertain many people with my blog. My blog is  kind of a diary, which I share with everyone.
The main part is about fashion, because that’s a big part of my life. I love fashion. I would like to share my love for fashion and all the good things in life with everyone. I really like to travel too, so you will alos see pictures of my vacations.

Out of your closet, what is your favorite piece of clothing?
My favorite piece out of my closet is my light brown suede blazer from Zara. It fits with everything and its very nicely tailored.

If you were stranded on an Island what are the 3 Items that you MUST HAVE with you?
If I was on an Island I would like to have my mobile phone, my Ipod and a bikini (when it is an Island where it's warm;))

Your favorite shopping sites?
My favorite shopping sites are Asos.com, sieradenkistje.nl (translated into English it means the jewelry box) and I think H&M.
lately I dont buy much from web sites, but if you know one with nice clothes let me know!!!

What is your must have item for Spring?
I really like the colored pants / jeans. With colors like blue, green, yellow and red. On my blog I had said that I’m not a color fan, but now it is a spring/summer trend I'm really beginning to like it. 

Your favorite type of shoe? (wedge, heels, flats)
I really like wedges and heels. I’m not so tall so heels are really helping me to look a little bit taller. I like wedges because they are easy to walk in, they are comfortable and they help me look taller. So what do I need more;).

What is your life long goal?
That’s a good question. I really don’t know yet. But I would like to work in the fashion industry or fashion magazines. But my goal now is that my blog will be a success and that I can inspire people with my blog!!

Q. Where are you from?
A. My name is Sylvia Haghjoo, 21 year old Fashion Blogger from Hamburg, Germany.

Q. When did you start blogging?
A. I opened my Blog only four months ago after my stay in New York.

A. My ultimate dream is to end up in a fashion capital like New York.
I am trying to get into Parsons The New School or FIT in New York to study Fashion Photography.

Look of The Day!

Hey Luvs! It's been a while Since I've Posted a new "Look of the Day". So here it is!!

I paired a Maxi Skirt with an over-sized slouchy sweater. Since both pieces were neutral colors, I added the Blue belt. With my gold bag. (that I'm starting to fall inlove with). Unfortunately it was a rainy night, yet I still decided to wear my skirt. It was worth it I loved this look. Very Chill & Chic.

I purchased these earing from a Vintage Store. Ten Bucks!!!

I love all things Vintage. I hardly have "Brand New" things hanging in my closet. Minus my shoes!

Look Of The Day! Girls Night Out!

It was a fairly nice Night Sunday! So I decided to wear a high waist skirt. With my over-the-knee Boots, Paired with a Cream Blazer. I recently purchased the blazer from a thrift shop, and wanted to wear it immediately!! So why not wear it with all black?!! I think the black brought out the blazer perfectly.I had an awesome time at our "Ladies Night", a small birthday celebration for a good friend of mine!

I added gold Accessories. Figured it would be a nice touch!

Look of The Day ...66° Never felt this good!

This past Friday was the best! It was perfect weather! Not too cold,yet not too hot. I decided to have a little fun with this outfit. I paired a black and white stripe skirt with my black and white Jeffrey Campbell's and broke the two up with a jean shirt (my fave). I threw on a forest green belt and earrings to add some color to the oufit. Since that's what spring is all about!

My overall experience was Great! The show was held on 160 w. 25th St. New York City. The venue (Los Chicas Locas) was very intimate, not too huge. It gave everyone the chance to meet, and conversate. Perfect for Networking. If I was given the opportunity to work with these young gentlemen again I'd gladly accept their offer! You would think there was chaos but everything ran smooth. Granted the show was an hour behind, But seriously what great show actually starts on time???
